Introduction Food is love. Simply put, I love to cook. I want to inspire people to get back into their kitchens, and away from processed, packaged, thoughtless meals that fail to nourish. It is imperative in this society that we start paying attention to what we put into our bodies. I do not claim to be a nutritionist, nor an expert, by any means. But having experienced firsthand the benefits of eating real food, I think I have a lot to share. I tend not to stick to any one trend, I do what works for me, what makes my body happy. You may find some ingredients conspicuously absent from this blog, wheat being the most obvious one. Since cutting wheat from my diet I have noticed a dramatic reduction in inflammation, as well as weight loss and improved mental clarity. Coincidence, some may argue, but with how much better I feel, adding those offending foods back to my diet is simply not worth it.
