Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:
Take a sharp paring knife and cut into the skin of the apple at the top near the stem by making a 1/2 inch, vertical incision. Spiral the apple into the blade in a circular motion until you reach the base of the apple. Be gentle so the skin does not tear and results in on long strip of apple skin.
