Introduction I'm a 40 year old athlete, who, at the age of 20, found a real passion for multi-sport, was forced to take some time away, but have come back to it with more desire, drive and passion than I could imagine. I have been blessed with the opportunity to do more with the sport, meet a ton of great people along the way, and discovered that my biggest supporters have been my family and closest friends, and will hopefully continue to do so. Thanks to a former coach, I learned a valuable lesson - life does not occur in a vacuum, and truer words were never spoken. But the biggest change in my life came when I met Brian MacKenzie, founder of Crossfit Endurance, author, self-proclaimed heretic, although he isn't remotely close, and flat out one of the best people I've ever had the honor to meet, gain insight, and friendship. It is my sincerest hope that I can instigate a fraction of the change for the better, that he has and continues to do everyday.
Interests I love to train and race - primarily duathlons, reading, hagning out with family, hiking, white-water rafting, watching pro boxing fights, or UFC fights, having a great night out with my girl.
