| Introduction | I am a pilgrim, on a journey in search of my bliss - that remarkable, unique life that waits for me. I am a seminarian - a dream made real after nearly 10 years of discernment. I am a former Roman Catholic - a decision reached after apprehending that the person God intends me to be cannot be fully realized within the restrictions, limitations, and obstructions of that ancient Empire. Since leaving the Church I have neither job nor faith community. AND YET: I look to the future with terrifying excitement. I hope. I cultivate faith. I await joy. |
