| Introduction | Originally from Bombay, India Beverley Ann studied English Literature at St.Xavier's College, Mumbai before undertaking a two-year print journalism course at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Canada. While studying in Canada she interned at the Vancouver Courier newspaper and Where Vancouver magazine and freelanced for TAPS and EAT magazines. She has had the privilege of interviewing Michelin-starred chefs Pierre Gagnaire and Gary Rhodes, celebrity chef Ainsley Harriott and television star, Kevin Brauch of The Thirsty Traveler fame. In Canada, she has also written for food webzine Good Food Revolution and Canadian Immigrant Magazine. Passionate about all things edible, Beverley Ann enjoys writing about food-related travel, trends and nutrition and is always dreaming about what her next meal (or snack) is going to be. |
