| Introduction | I’ve always loved to bake, and I first became interested in alternative baking a few years ago when my husband and young son were diagnosed with multiple food allergies. I made a lot of hockey pucks when I first started, but now most everything is edible and actually pretty yummy. The things I bake are gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and nut-free. I also try to incorporate organic ingredients and unrefined sugars whenever possible. |
