Introduction	That photo is me with a tofu turkey (not a Tofurkey). I'm a 30-something woman living with her husband, 2 cats, dog and fish and infant son. We are continually learning and enhancing our abilities to create edible masterpieces, so I have chosen to share our food and drink creation adventures with the world! We lived in Eugene, Oregon for six years (2000-2006) before returning to Iowa, so our food and beverage preferences are not that of typical midwesterners. My new blog is about the new adventures of parenting and all the stuff I'm learning there, too.
