| Introduction | My name is Valerie Griffin but don't be surprised if you hear me referred to as Ali, it is my life-long nickname. With a husband and three children, my family brings me more joy than I could ever express in words. Upon closer inspection of my home, you will soon discover that butterflies are one of my favourite things. I feel that butterflies are symbolic of so much that I value about life....transformation, growth, freedom and journeys. Transformation, growth and freedom have so much to do with the journey of childhood and we carry that with us throughout our lives. |
