| Introduction | I recently graduated from the University of Arkansas and was promptly married...like, within the week. If that's not getting married right out of college, I don't know what is. :-P This past summer my husband and I left our wonderfully warm and southern home in Arkansas for the Great Frozen North of Minnesota. We've had a lot of adventures and several misadventures, but we love our life here! We are the proud owners of five, yes five, cats who we adore. They provide endless entertainment and will be welcome distractions once we have to start hibernating this winter. I love and miss my friends that I left behind. Although they are scattered across the globe (literally) we have no trouble staying in touch thanks to facebook and gchat. I love to laugh and be surrounded by friends and family. And I love my husband, because even though we are far away from friends and family, he makes me laugh and I feel surrounded by his love and the promise of a family that we'll make together. I am truly blessed and MLIG. :-) |
| Interests | Movies!, sports, reading, TV, kitties, surviving winter and staying warm, cooking, baking, traveling, etc. :-) |
| Favorite movies | WAY too many to name. I love all types of movies and have trouble even picking a favorite genre let alone favorite movies. |
| Favorite music | I love music and listen to a variety. Right now I'm hooked on Kelly Clarkson. Her new cd is amazing. I'm also looking forward to getting the new Casting Crowns cd. Oh and Kris Allen. I mean we're from the same hometown. We understand each other. :-) |
| Favorite books | I love romance novels. Yes they are generally trashy and have very little if any literary merit but every once in a while you'll find one that truly moves you and makes you believe in all that love can be. That's why I read them. I love, Judith McNaught, Julia Quinn, Linda Howard, Loretta Chase, Shana Abé, and, Cherry Adair, just to name a few. |
