| Introduction | My mother has been making Vietnamese egg rolls (Cha Gio) for over 20 years, along with many other wonderful dishes. I honestly cannot name a single person who does not love her cooking. We decided a few years back to start selling her food to close friends, co-workers, and neighbors to make some extra money for our growing family.
