| Introduction | Ok. so I'm not technically a professor YET - I'm an adjunct, a TA, and a grad student. Call this me thinking ahead (though crossing my fingers and knocking on wood while I'm at it). In any case, I both cook a lot and care deeply about the local and sustainable food movements. Since my job is to write about things I find interesting or which make me think, this also means I'll write about more than food here - I consider politics and current events to be fair game, and every now and then I'll probably post about my travel or my work. Mostly, though, this is a forum for me to write about recipes and exchange ideas about them. Enjoy! |
