| Introduction | Matt and I have been bitten by the real estate investing bug. We recently bought, tore down, and rebuilt a house a couple streets away from our new house. We had a relatively good time doing it and have decided that we're doing it again. We make one heck of a team. We joke that if Matt built a house by himself that it would be ugly but under budget. If I built one alone, it would be stunning and we'd have to rob banks to make it happen. Luckily, we meet in the middle. We're happy that you're following our journey. |
