| Introduction | I am a mother of two girls a wife, an explorer of Homeopathy, nature, and self suffecient living. I reminisce of days gone by when I would help my grandma peel apples for applesauce or prepare tomatoes for canning, while she would fill my heart and my head with stories of our old german family. These memories have inpired me to be a better "self" and to teach my girls to be strong individual "selfs" with a little old fashioned know how. |
