This is a colon : and this is a semi-colon ; - what's a semi-truck?
The colon and semicolon are actually eyes, one pair is just eyes and the other has a winking eye. ;) a semi truck is more commonly called an "18 wheeler" when it has a semi-trailer attached to it.
