Introduction	I became disabled in 2004 after a bone infection forced the amputation of most of my right foot. Then in 2008 I lost the rest of my leg below the knee when an infection was misdiagnosed by my doctor after repeated visits. Since then my life has revolved around meeting my basic needs, which are complicated by my ever changing medical issues. Lately however my life is getting better. I just want people to learn from my mistakes and triumphs and apply the lessons to improving their own lives.
