| Introduction | Have fun while you can, try to find the bright side. We try to eat well but sometimes we don’t, every Sunday we search for the perfect roast (cooked at home or at a pub) and every Monday night we cook a Spaghetti Bolognaise. | Interests | Food, wine, restaurants, holidays. Strangely I love going to the supermarket and I love food shopping. None of the above are helping me lose weight. Every Sunday we endeavour to cook the perfect roast. Every Monday we endeavour to cook the perfect Spaghetti Bolognaise. All other times I am trying to come up with Carb/Fat Free meals. |
