| Introduction | I am Chandra Sekhar, an Aerospace Quality professional with over 35 years of experience in the defence aeronautics industry. During my career at the Aircraft ,Aeroengine and Avionics divisions of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), I worked in the Quality Assurance, Quality Control and manufacturing departments with a special focus on military aircraft engines and aerospace manufacturing. Throughout my career, I learned that aircraft safety begins long before an aircraft takes off. It starts with quality—every component must be manufactured correctly, inspected carefully, and tested thoroughly After retirement, I started Fly Safe With Me to share the knowledge and practical experience I gained over the years. My aim is to explain aerospace engineering in a simple and easy-to-understand way for students, aviation enthusiasts, engineers, and anyone curious about how aircraft work. On this blog, you will find articles on aircraft, aeroengines, aviation safety, quality systems, aircraft maintenance, materials, manufacturing processes, aerospace technologies, and many other engineering topics. |
