| Introduction | A lot has changed since I started this blog in 2012...but at the time, I identitfied as a 31 year old queer bio woman from St. Louis, MO. My partner was a 26 year old pre-Testosterone, pre-op female to male transgender Pittsburgh native. We lived in Philadelphia with our two cats and a turtle and we are in the process of planning our future family. In order for us to be able to have a child that is biologically connected to my partner, we were going through the process of freezing his eggs before he begins hormone replacement therapy. As we began this process, I realized that there isn't much (if any?) information available to people like us regarding these processes... and so was born the Transgender Baby Steps blog! |
