Introduction	I started this blog way back in 2014 when I was a runner - all be it a slow one! I was training for the London Marathon on behalf of the Neuro Foundation. My running days are now over due to injury and the fact that I was a crap runner! But I'm back now with a hair-brained scheme of cycling across Britain, starting in Lands End and finishing (God willing) in John O'Groats...970 miles over 9 days. This blog is about the build up and the fundraising....
