Learning is a Wonderful Journey at Hawthorne

About me

Introduction	2010 starts my 9th year as principal at Hawthorne Elementary. This journey has brought both personal and professional growth for me. Daily I enjoy working with Hawthorne's excellent staff and all the great families of Hawthorne Elementary. Prior to my position as principal at Hawthorne, I worked as a Reading Specialist. I've also held positions as a Curriculum and Staff Development Coordinator, Reading Recovery teacher and have taught in all elementary grades K-6. My husband Vince and I have three children and 5 grandchildren.
