| Introduction | Instagram: aettaiwan Facebook: Jared Ashley Gamble My name is Jared Gamble. I have been a certified English Language Arts teacher for over twelve years. I taught in American public high schools for many years before teaching in Taiwanese private and international schools in China and Taiwan. I moved to Taipei in August of 2022 after three years living in Tainan. I am now a freelance teacher, tutor, writer, and editor working with individual secondary school students and their parents, adult professionals, and various education companies. Although I loved many aspects of teaching in schools, I realized that many schools lose sight of the most important objectives of education and fail to serve students on an individual level. My goal with this blog is to provide unbiased, useful information, resources, and strategies to students and parents in Taiwan, and to share the perspectives I have developed over more than a decade in the education industry. |
