| Introduction | Hello my name is Wendy I am a stay-at-home mom I have a 13 year old girl, 11 year old boy and a 10 year old girl. I mostly stay at home but work for about 2 hours a day. For about 4 years I have been trying to lose weight. I am sharing some of my struggles I am still not at my weight loss goal. This blog is to help me motivate myself to hopefully lose weight and hopefully help others along the way who really struggle. |
