About me

Introduction Known to have more food allergies then man allows, and finding it increasingly more difficult to eat healthy balanced meals, I decided to create a recipe site that accommodates those with odd ball food allergies and those with more common allergies. I'm anaphylactic to Poultry, Banana, Cinnamon, certain Mustard/Cabbage family members, and more.

I've been cooking since age 10 and eat mostly Vegan. I've done extensive research on nutrition, health, allergies, intolerances and cooking in order to improve my skills.

My immediate goal is to learn Raw Foods cooking in order to figure out a cake for those with EE/EGID who can't have flours, but can have Psyllium, water and a vegetable.

Future Goals: 1) UK/Euro measurements coming when I get a device to measure with, in the next few months.

2) Recording my website into Audio clips for those who need it. Apologies for quality, as I'm using my own equipment.

3) Making Videos and finding someone to CC.

4) Translating my website into other languages.

5) Adding a ingredients translation page.
