| Introduction | I'm Steffani. I'm 20, a junior in college, and studying psychology. I've been naturally skinny all my life, and as I'm getting older, I want to learn how to maintain my body to be healthy and fit. This blog was inspired, like so many others, by a desire to share my insight on what it's like to be me-- sharing many of my body/self-esteem related issues along with my inner thoughts and daily happenings.
