| Introduction | Welcome to the blog for the descendants of Haium Löb Heimann, who took this surname in 1824, in accordance with a law in Württemberg, Germany that required all Jews to take a permanent family name. He chose the name Heimann because that's what his German customers called him, as they had difficulty pronouncing the Hebrew name Haium.
