That's what this forum is about, as it pertains to customer service while shopping or receiving other services (e.g., yard, auto) in the Beltsville/Hyattsville/College Park/Laurel/Greenbelt, MD area. But not so much the mundane. Send us your gripes AND congratulations concerning customer-service-related "incidents," and we'll get them up and give the merchant an opportunity to comment. Our philosophy is that if we can expend the energy to gripe about poor service, then we should be equally inspired to laud instances of exceptional customer service. Fellow patrons, let's have at it.
