Introduction	I drive a 2005 Chevy Colbalt, but most of my winter driving was done in a 1988 Mercedes Benz with rear wheel drive. The boxy Benz had one wiper that cleared the whole windshield. Not all the automatic windows worked, and the paint was worn, but the red leather interior was in good shape. As I learned to replace things, splice my own wires to fix lights and replace fuses, this car and I became a snow fighting team.
