Introduction	I am a genealogist with over 45 years experience. I have been researching my own family history since 1974, and I did client research for several years. I hope to have more time for research and blogging in the next few years than I have had in the last few years.
Interests	My ancestry is Irish and Lithuanian. I have traveled to Ireland three times, and I visited Lithuania for the first time last year. I am also very interested in Chicago research, especially pre-fire sources. My main research localities are: Chicago; Newark, NJ; Wisconsin; Maine; counties Kilkenny, Longford, Meath and Tyrone in Ireland; and Druskininkai and Kapciamiestis, Lithuania. I am happy to share information with fellow researchers. I have found some long lost cousins by doing so.
