| Introduction | I have done so many things for a living. Grocery store stocker/bagger/produce/checker, wheat truck driver, lumber co. delivery, hay hauler, oil field hand, roofer, frac tank driver, group home teaching parent, camera assistant, grip, electrician, gaffer, camera operator, videographer, cinematographer, cell phone tower inspector, grip and lighting rental manager for a studio, screen printing, printing sales/delivery, pest control. . . You might be surprised to learn I've only been fired twice–the last time when I was 20 years old–and they guy who fired me was also the person most responsible for my conversion to Christianity. He is still my best friend and we laugh about when I buried the toolpusher's new Jeep pickup in a creek. I have an MA in film studies. I've been all over the US, living in Kansas, Virginia, New York City and Los Angeles and now Missouri. I've visited or worked in Canada, Mexico, Jamaica, Hawaii, Guatemala, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Thailand, Scotland, Uganda and Ethiopia. I have learned a thing or two along the way. May I share a bit of it with you? |
