For your birthday, your aunt gave you a maple syrup dispenser shaped like a rooster. Please write her a thank-you note:
I really have always needed a syrup dispenser; it was too difficult to open the spout on Aunt Jemima's bottle. I really enjoy the ensuing fireworks in my microwave when I put the rooster in it to heat up the syrup for ease of pumping. I just think it is a little odd that when you push down on the rooster's neck, the syrup comes spewing out his mouth. Kind of odd and gross, but very functional.
