| Introduction | Thanks for following my blog! I try to cook at least one new recipe per week, so I decided to share the dishes that I find and like. My only criteria is that the recipes are relatively healthy, affordable, and easy to make--the kind of meals you can enjoy on a weeknight. I live in Murfreesboro, Tennessee (just outside of Nashville) with my terrific husband, Myles, and awesome daughters, Ruby and Emmy. I'm a doctoral candidate at the University of Notre Dame and currently writing my dissertation on the relationship between religion and urban development in Memphis. Other than that, I just started training for a half-marathon in April (which I plan on running very, very slowly). |
