Introduction I'm new to the gluten-free thing. I think I am a little lucky in that I grew up in a Do-It-From-Scratch home. This is a transition from one set of ingredients to another, not a total lifestyle change that those reliant on pre-packaged have experienced. I have never consumed a lot of bread or pasta- I rarely got sandwiches in my school lunches as a child. My biggest "growing-pain" in going Gluten Free has been travel, convience foods, and eating out. This blog is my quest to convert some of my gluten recipes into gluten-free.
