Introduction	My name is Maria, and I am a 35-year-old married mother of two beautiful boys. I am currently in my 13th year of teaching Physical Education at a middle school in a suburb of Cleveland. My youth was based around sports. Athletics was and still is my life. The only difference is that the focus has now been on my career and family, so taking time for myself has been put on the back burner. The purpose of me participating in this challenge is to motivate myself to live a healthier lifestyle. I "promote" it in my job as a teacher and mother, but do I live it myself?
