| Introduction | I have quite a few vintage and antique cookbooks. I also belong to Weight Watchers and have gone from 210lbs to 155lbs. I have learned a healthier way of eating. I like being able to take old recipes and either convert them or remake them into a new creation. This way I can still enjoy eating like the days of old but continue to lose weight. I love reading through old recipe books, discovering the stories of cookery and how the housewife dedicated her life to the family. |
