| Introduction | I love to cook, but baking is my absolute favorite part of being in the kitchen. In fact, I’d even describe it as therapeutic! I've been experimenting with various recipes over the years, trying to put my own spin on them and make them interesting. I recently left my office job, and I know my previous coworkers will be disappointed not to have the chance to sample my experiments anymore! (They were often welcomed with multiple dozens of mini-cupcakes…my favorite bite-sized morsel!) My next adventure though is working with kiddos (aka I'm becoming a teacher), so hopefully I'll have many more opportunities to share allergy-free treats with the class. |
