Introduction	Born and raised in the Midwest, I have an uncanny love for trees and the north woods. I'm often called a bit quirky, and I have a penchant for singing when the feeling strikes me. I'm currently living and studying in Kibera, a slum of Nairobi, Kenya with the hopes of growing in my understanding of sustainable development, urban planning, local leadership, and grassroots movements. We'll see what happens as I go along!
