Introduction	Following the onset of Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) in February 2012, Louie & his Human Mom, Loren, set out on a mission to advocate for disabled pets around the world. Through advocacy, humor, and anecdotes, they share tips, tricks, and education about disabled animals. Following the 2012 disc injury (IVDD), Louie, a rescue chiweenie (chihuahua/dachshund mix), became paralyzed. Many vets recommended putting him to sleep; however, through much research and education, Loren learned that animal injuries should not be considered a death sentence. Back on 4 legs and 2 wheels, Louie and Loren speak at events and fairs to advocate for the lives of disabled pets.
