| Introduction | I'm a single, 30-something gal in the not-so city, looking for my soul mate. Unfortunately, I think I found him - but sadly, he's gay and this does not, happy, my mother make. It does, however, give his mother hopeful. I have two dogs, I've recently been laid off (or retired) from a corporate Human Resources department of a retail jewelry company. What I like to write about: Being a single 30 something gal in this economy and in the blog world. Don't get me wrong, I follow a lot of "mommy blogs" and many, if not all, of my gal pals are mommies. But, I personally don't want children, not because I don't like them, I've just never had the need or feeling that I wanted to be a mom. I like to write about dating or the lack there of dating and love for the 30 something gal in a small town. Obviously I like to write with a lot of humor and sarcasm. Hopefully, you'll find me as funny and charming as I think I am! |
