| Introduction | Well...I'm a 50 yr. old housewife that works part-time at Curves. I take care of 3 men (1 husband & 2 sons), my mother, a dog and 2 cats. I love to create things! I make jewelry from vintage pieces. I've started scrapbooking and rubber stamping; making cards, etc. I needlepoint, cross-stitch and embrodier but I cringe at the thought of having to use a sewing machine. I love silk flowers no matter what HGTV says about them! I make all my own arrangements and wreaths. I wanted to name my blog Butterfly Creations cause that's what I call my craft projects but someone already had it. I named my blog after my favorite hymn "Hymn of Promise". I read romance novels and am darned proud of it!! I would love to write one! I am definitely a happy ending sort of gal! I love my church. I have taken and taught the Disciple Bible Study program at my church for over 10 years and help arrange flowers for the altar guild. I am also trying to find the time to join the choir again! I love my Lord and am praying for our country. |
