Introduction	I've discovered a passion for running & cycling. It has become more to me than just an outlet or a way to stay in shape. Although I'm not sure how realistic this is, my goal is to complete an Ironman Tri. With my own law practice, being a father of 3 beautiful kids, and a VERY supportive wife, I want to document the challenges of balancing it all.
