Introduction	Hello there. My name is Nicole Seguin. I am a mom to Alexander and partner to Kim a.k.a. the goat. If you saw him you would understand. We live in a little village 30km outside of Göteborg,Sweden. I have traveled and lived in 4 different countries and crafted my love of food along the way. I as some call me Martha. Really? Oh, gee. Thanks....BUT... My love of cooking actually started before I was born. I grew up on the number 9 highway 160km north east of Calgary, Alberta,Canada A little speck of a place called Youngstown. There I watched and observed the craft of cooking form my mom and dad. For those who had their taste buds tantalized by my parents famous pizza's, steaks and diner foods. May you get to see what all that hard work created in me. I love to cook. I come from a large family with rich histories in French Canadian culture and the German goodness from the other side. I love to cook just about anything. I am just a foodie at heart, but knew if I wanted to be a Chef or own my own restaurant I could and be a success.With out fear and trepidation I will go forth and make this my favorite place to be other than in my kitchen with my family and friends.
