| Introduction | I am a middle-aged mother of 4, grandmother of 3 (and counting)! I am about to graduate college as a Health/Fitness Technician. I hope to work as a Certified Personal Trainer. I hope to continue learning all I can about being fit and healthy so I can help other people. I have been down the weight-loss road several times--the last time it stuck! I have worked hard to become physically fit. I hope to participate in my first half marathon later this year. Most of my life I was convinced that I was NOT a runner. I want to help other people realize that a healthy life is obtainable and SOOO worth the effort! |
