Introduction	My name is Fran, and I am a Program Specialist in the Dallas, Texas area. I work with Bilingual, ESL (English as a Second Language), and Pre-Kindergarten teachers. My work includes curriculum writing and training, and coordinating issues of compliance regarding program coding and state assessments. In addition, I'm involved in technology training and certain technology-based pilot programs. The way I think of it is: ESL is my profession, and technology is my passion!
