| Introduction | I am an author, editor, and publisher. I have authored or edited 21 books and more than 300 articles, and I own Praeclarus Press, a small press specializing in women's health. I also have a book under contract that is very overdue. So I've decided to set a deadline for myself--and do it in a very public way. I would like to send a complete manuscript to my editor before I leave for my European speaking tour. That is 50 days from now.
