| Introduction | this blog is an insight of a life of a CF. I have the gene Delta508, which consists of 85% of CF patients. I DONT HAVE A MILD FORM OF CF. I run anywhere from 20 - 60 miles a week, lift weights, practice Yoga, and meditate, which I see as being the key of myself never being admitted to hospital, or being on one single IV.
