| Introduction | Welcome to my blog, my name is Tara Keramaty. I’m in my twenties and recently moved to New York City from Boston. I never thought I’d start a blog, but after switching to a vegan diet in March 2012 I realized that so much of my time was spent researching, preparing, and planning my meals that it just made sense to share what I’ve learned with others. While still somewhat new to me, the vegan diet is working for me and I hope it can work for you, too. Veega is a work in progress, as is my life :) For now I plan to share vegan recipes, products and restaurants I’ve tried. I’d love to hear from you, so please leave comments! |
