| Introduction | Welcome to my blog. I started really diving into birding about seven years ago. (My Ebird 7th anniversary comes up in May). In that time I also completed the Master Birding Training program at the California Academy of Sciences and California Naturalist training. But my greatest teacher is fellow birders at festivals and in the field. I am learning about birds and the United States by traveling around the country birding in our van with my wife Molly.
