| Introduction | I'm an educator with a 25-year-long journey in the world of teaching and leadership. Born in Chile but now living in Australia, I bring a multicultural perspective to everything I do and I am fluent in both English and Spanish. My career has been a passionate pursuit of fostering growth and development in students and fellow educators, with a strong focus on personal development and leadership. Outside of work, my heart belongs to my wonderful family. I'm a proud father to four amazing children, and my wife, Laura, has been my rock and inspiration. Together, we share a deep love for music, with our family often coming together for musical performances. Soccer (football) has been a lifelong passion, and I also find solace in meditation and maintain a fitness routine to stay energised. As for my influences, I've drawn inspiration from thought leaders like Tony Robbins, Simon Sinek, Brene Brown, and Sir Ken Robinson, who have significantly shaped my approach to education, personal development, and life. |
