| Introduction | With one possible exception, I'm the strongest and toughest person I know. I'm a teacher at heart, a poet by nature, and a dreamer by design. I'll jump into love two feet first and never look back, laugh with the universe when it turns my life upside down, and find courage in my belief that we are never given a challenge without also being given the ability to meet it. No sedate life for me. I plan to coming sliding and crashing full-tilt into old age with chocolate in one hand and champagne in the other, pushing grace and beauty and elegance to the limits (and yes, wearing purple) and all so I can look back on my life and say without regret that today is a good day to die. |
