| Introduction | I have been practicing yoga for 12 years. I began my journey into teaching yoga in April of 2010. I received my RegisteredYogaTeacher 200 Hour designation in November of 2012. Yoga is an evolution and revolution of time, space and clarity for me. As I practice and teach I find more of myself, and am always learning which is the true gift of yoga.
